This young woman develped asymmetrically and with a minor tubular nature to the contour of her breasts. She underwent subpectoral implant placement with 300cc and 325cc silicone gel implants with donut mastopexy to reduce her areolar diameter and projection. She is photographed 11 months later with barely any visible scarring which will fade more over time. She looks symmetrical and balanced - and very happy!
