This lovely lady was interested in breast augmentation with her own fat. She chose her back to donate the fat. We performed lipo of the back and moved 330cc of fat to each breast. She is 1 year out. She has maintained better upper pole fullness and softer rounder more pillowy look to her breasts. She also had a tummy tuck which further improves her overall proportions.
