Revision rhinoplasty in beautiful woman with tip asymmetry and animation issues- nasal tip pulls with smiling. We worked on her tip with ear cartilage graft to build up the right tip cartilage which was so weak. We also disconnected the tip from the muscle that can pull down on the nose. She is photographed almost a year out.
